Butterfinger Protein Shake

It is a lot of fun creating, experimenting and mixing your own protein shakes. I mean you can always buy prepakaged smoothie mixes. Convenient but no way nearly as fun as creating your own. Sometimes I blend my own recipes but often try new ones from fitness magazines and websites. This shake recipe is one that I borrowed from  projectswole.com. On this site this recipe is called Peanut Brittle Protein Shake. I renamed it for the BBTV blog, Butterfinger Protein Shake because it tastes much like that candy bar. I mean it is so tasty you would think you were drinking a Zaxby’s shake.

One unique ingredient that gives it such a buttery flavor is the sugar-free, fat-free Jello pudding mix. It really adds the punch to the blend.

Take a look at the ingredients and make it at home.
